• All fees are cash-pay. Clients may submit receipts to their insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

• HSA and FSA funds are accepted and encouraged — many clients are often unaware of this option.

• Lab costs (specialty and standard) are billed separately from consultation fees.

• Annual Membership options may be offered after the initial consultation, if it is the right option for the client.

• Follow-up appointments are available for established clients only. New clients should schedule an Initial Consultation before booking any follow-up visit.
